All international orders are shipped in DAP (Delivered At Place) by DHL Express, which means that the recipient of the shipment must take charge of any eventual import duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s).

Orders shipped to France are delivered by Colissimo without any import duties or taxes.


NON-EU CUSTOMERS SHIPPING INFORMATION

All countries outside the EU (UK included) may be subject to local taxes and duties. These are not included in the final price. Any imposed customs fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery of the items.

Import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies vary from country to country. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please note that customers take full liability for any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Once you have placed your order on our website, you will receive an email summarizing the items ordered and the status of your order. At each stage of your order, you'll receive a e-mail informing you of the progress of your delivery: in preparation, ready for dispatch, shipped, in delivery, delivered.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we entrust it to DHL Express or Colissimo, who will send you an e-mail with the tracking number. With this e-mail, you can schedule the day and time of your delivery or modify your contact details.

Please allow at least one business day after your order has been shipped for tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information is not updated online and the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact our customer service for assistance.

In the event of late delivery, the brand cannot be held liable for any reason whatsoever. Consequently, no claim for compensation of any kind whatsoever may be made against LGN.

In the event of loss of the parcel by one of the carriers used, no refund will be made to the customer until receipt of the result of the carrier's investigation, officially confirming the loss of the parcel.


RETURN POLICY

We hope you love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right.

You have 14 days for open a return request through our Returns Center upon receipt of your order to return your item(s). Once you open your return request, you have 14 days to send your item(s) back to us. An order may be returned in its entirety or partially. Returns are made by postal mail.

Due to hygiene reason underwear and swimwear items cannot be returned, all sales are final.
Please note that all archive pieces are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.

Warning: all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable conditions, won’t be eligible for refund, and we will need to send them back to you.


RETURN COSTS

Returns are free of charge in France only. Please contact our customer service team, and we will send you a prepaid return slip.

For international orders, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. You are free to choose the carrier of your choice. Please note that for countries outside the European Union which are subject to taxes and customs duties, only DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) returns will be accepted. All returns delivered without the DDP option will be refused and returned to sender.


RETURN PROCEDURE

Please report your return online on www.louisgabrielnouchi.returnscenter.com
You just need to enter your order number and the email address used for your order.

In your order details, select the items you wish to return and comment on the reason for return. Without a completed returns form, we will be unable to process your return.

As soon as the return request has been made, please contact our customer service to inform them of your return: store@louisgabrielnouchi.com

Once the request has been approved, an e-mail will be sent with instructions on how to proceed. Close the box carefully, folding the items correctly. We ask you to insert the order summary to easily identify your return. Attach the return label in a clearly visible place, after removing any labels on the box.

On receipt of your return, items will be checked by our quality control team for the final approval. You will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your returned item and informing you of the approval or refusal of your refund.


REFUND

We usually take care of returns within 2-3 business days from the date of delivery to our store and you will receive an email update about it. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for your order. You will receive an e-mail confirming the refund and its amount.

PayPal refunds will appear immediately on your account. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days before showing up, due to varying processing times among payment providers.

Please note that shipping costs are not refunded. This applies both to the original shipping costs and to the return shipping costs.
